Welcome to Mr. Schrank's PE Class.

I service only the upper grades 3-5 here at PS104. In my class the students learn a wide variety of skills and sports. Some of the sports include Soccer, Basketball, Hockey, Football, and Kickball. I also provide units on Jump roping, cooperative games and tag games, juggling, and fitness.

The students also are taught how to show good sportsmanship along with how to work well with others.

Physical Education is one of the important times of the day where the kids get to socialize and interact with the other students in the class while also having fun! I like to think that I provide a fun and save learning environment for all the kids in the gym.

We also have field day in May which is a fun day where the whole school will participate in fun relay races, and sport events at different stations. It's always one of the most fun days of the year for the kids.

Welcome students, staff, and families!

Thank you for visiting our web page! My name is Mia Schual and I am a physical education teacher at PS104Q. During our physical education class, we play a variety of activities, games and team sports that work on the skills, rules, and strategies to be successful in the lesson being taught. It also gets our students physically active and fit.

A new unit is taught every month. Once we finish a unit it somehow ties into the next activity and skill.
